Make up palette's?

Thinking of updating my make up collection, what make up palette's do you own? and would you recommend them?
Are there any you think I should avoid? Why?

Carli Bybel palette from BH cosmetics is fab. Has highlighters in too, v pigmented
Mostly I have makeup geek eyeshadows in a Z palette so made my own
