La Redoute Sizing

I've got my eye on quite a few things from La Redoute at the moment. Could anyone tell me how the sizing is? I've read quite a few reviews talking about the clothes being a bit large 'as usual'. Is this true and is it the case for everything they sell, or only certain brands?

Ta muchly!

It appears to be completely random, like H&M.

Aren't they the same company as Vertbaudet for kids? If that's right then the kids clothes are definitely on the small side.

That's probably no help to you at all. Grin

Sorry!

A relative of mine works there. The sizing infuriates her. She says most people complain about them coming up small if anything.

But that's just her experience. I got a leather jacket the other week and it was fine.

Yes kids clothes are always small.

Ah, I might have to just take a gamble, then Smile

Thank you!

I've just bought a load of stuff and have been pleasantly surprised that the 14/16 fit me. I'm more of a 16/18 if we're not doing vanity sizing!

Mind you, most of what I bought is stretchy maxi dresses. I did buy a lovely jumpsuit but unfortunately u can't contort myself round my boobs enough to do up the side zip!

Spoke to my relative today and mentioned this, she says that they have made some changes and negotiates changes with their suppliers so it's now more in line with UK.

This started about 10 months ago apparently. So it could still be a guessing game.
