Ok so I think I need to change my shampoo again. my hair is starting to look a bit greasy after a day and it just doesn't feel nice.

used to use aussie but started to make my head itch.

tried the paraben free stuff which didn't itch but didn't suit my hair either.

tried herbal essences which smell nice nit don't quite cut it.

don't want stupidly expensive.

want it to smell nice though

any recommendations?

I alternate between Alberto bahlsam and Tigi shampoo and batiste dry shampoo. This suits my fine hair mid length hair really well.
