Clay mask or something similar for reactive dehydrated skin

My skin needs a good clear out lol, I get spots and congestion but because my skin is so reactive and dehydrated I can't use acids or scrubs etc but I need something!! Any recs?

I thought I had sligtly problem, oily skin, that needed a good cleaning as well. Went to see a new beautician. She said she won't do anything like that, and I actually have a sensitive skin that needs to be calmed down. She was right - I now use sensitive skin products and skin is so clear I get compliments. Maybe something for you to try?
I use Dr Hauschka sensitive products - Cleansing cream, soothing mask and treatment.

Thanks I already do use skincare for sensitised skin but I defo do need something else I just need to find the right exfoliant/mask/peel that my skin will tolerate
