Moisturiser and makeup for sensitive skin?

Hello

I have a few spots, redness and excema on my face and I'm wondering if the itching is down to my current makeup and moisturiser (Boots sensitive one). Can anyone recommend some v gentle products for me? My skin is oily, I should add. Is Bare Minerald worth a try?

Catapult was great. I also found Liz Earle's stuff to be excellent. Avene is good too (from Boots).
