I like Lucy Verasamys (weathergirls) hair style - how do I ask for it at the hairdressers? I hate taking in pictures as they never seem to listen..

Ask for long layers and tell them where you want your shortest layer to start. In my experience, hairdressers like being shown pictures so I would take one in. Good luck, it's a lovely haircut if they can replicate it.
