Stomach holding in pants!

Please can someone help me. Can anyone recommend any stomach holding in pants? I know Spanx are the big brand are they good? Are there any cheaper versions?

M&S shapewear medium/firm control pants are great, for special occasions Spanx are fantastic, I have the tights that fit right up to the bust line

Ah thank you ill have a look at the m and s ones I imagine they'll be cheaper than Spanx

Sainsburys ownbrand ones are good.

I'm bored of m&s ones, mainly because the colours are so dull. .

I know I bang on about Primark a lot but for some things they are great. And control pants are another one of those things. Very cheap, excellent quality and in a range of styles and control levels.
They also do a seamless 'big pant' (I think it might be called a trouser pant) which does a reasonable everyday job of smoothing out any minor lumps and bumps. In nude these are my go-to every day knickers.
