Can anyone recommend a good all purpose handbag?

I need a good all-purpose, medium-large sized handbag which can be used for work (phone, a5 notepad, small makeup pouch) as well as stuffing a few bits of assorted paraphernalia into (baby wipes, small toy, sippy cup).

Price range anything from about £10 - £300... Happy to splurge on something special (would have to sell a couple of bits on eBay first to justify the expense) but equally happy to grab a stylish non-designer bargain really.

Not too ostentatious but not too frumpy/old-lady-ish either. (Sorry, couldn't think of a less offensive description!)

I buy Kipling (I know they're not popular amongst stylish people but meh )

Depending on the bag itself:
pockets
zipped pockets for security
washable so I don't need to be precious
non leather (vegetarian)
key fob to stop me losing them

I have a Brampton leather bag that I really love

Depends on your colour, style, fabric preference though.

Longchamp Pliage bags. You can get them in different sizes and also in leather and metallic finishes (I think the metallic ones may be called something else but are the same shape as the Pliage).
Classic style, great for travel and every day imo.

I came on to say Longchamp Pliage and I see someone else already has. They really are so versatile and the price is good, I think.
