So a handbag .... Keys and purse, phone type

For work, I wear 90% navy with red shoes.
I want something super smart, not designer for the sake of it but not apposed either.
Anyone got any suggestions, hundreds not thousands and not many hundreds tbh

I like the Zatchels workwear range - or they do one messenger bag which includes a 'work' bag - I've had one for two years and it's still going strong. Dune also do some nice work bags.

Of course, I really want a Mulberry, but that's not going to happen for some time!

I like the look of zatchels but not keen on the label on the side. The Cambridge satchel co do nice ones too.

I have this which I love for work as well as weekends/evenings out. holds my purse, keys, phone and kindle. Plus a lippy or two.

Yea its very small lettering and the back is plain, so you could always turn it around. I just love the size of it, it stops me filling it with crap!

Mulberry are so overpriced! They are in serious financial trouble . I think their bags are rather "old" and you don't see many new ones about. £1000 for an unlined bag is not good value. I think there are way better bags around these days for that sort of money. Work bags - Jaeger, Zara for cheaper ones, or Massimo Dutti.

I couldn't see one I liked tbh, the lily is ok but as you say £500 in the sale is mental

Well I think Mulberry bags are lovely, yes hugely expensive but still lovely bags. I'd like a small Kite which is now in the sale....
