Cheap and cheerful website for summer wardrobe?

I need some dresses and some shoes for summer but don't want to spend a fortune.

I tend to default to Tesco or George but feels a bit boring. Any other websites to buy clothes from that don't cost a fortune?

Does it have to be websites? Primark have great basics and H&M have lovely cheap summer clothes.

It good quality stuff secondhand.

Or cheap stuff from China.
