Bras when losing weight

I'm looking for advice on where to get good fitting, inexpensive bras while losing weight. I've lost a little over 3stone since January with 2 to go. I'm also currently slowly weaning my 2 year old from breastfeeding (down to a few feeds a week now).

This has all resulted in fairly rapid breast deflation. I went to bravissimo about 8 weeks ago and got 2 lovely 34F bras that fit me very nicely until about 2 weeks ago, and are now gaping at the top and loose on the shoulders. I'm currently measuring 31.5 underbust and 39 over which I know would put me at about 32G but I have unusually prominent nipples(TMI!) so usually need a slightly smaller cup. To compound things I seem to have lost all fullness from the top of my breasts and retained it lower down.

Can anyone advise on someplace I can get well fitted bras that don't cost the earth? I'm happy to buy 2 and rotate them until I get to a stable weight, but my clothes all look terrible in a poorly fitted bra so I really need some!

The bra intervention gurus recommended brastop.com to me. Their bras are pretty inexpensive and they do all the sizes you could wish for.

I'm currently in the same position, OP - losing the baby weight and going back down from a 32FF to a 30DD or thereabouts.

I've just bought two t shirt bras from Boux Avenue, two bras for £27 as everything is buy one get one half price. They're great basics and, due to the T shirt bra style, make my boobs look a bit fuller and not as deflated.

It's not somewhere I'd usually shop, but their fitter fitted me properly (no adding 4 inches nonsense) and the bras seem to fit well and be v good quality.

Look for balconette styles and avoid moulded cups. Less chance of gape, then.

Thanks all, website looks amazing. What sizes to try now is the question? My current Freya 34F is gaping at the top and the back. Is it probably just a case of going down a back size and trying balconette style?

Definitely need to to down to a 32" band. Try FF and G - fit will vary with brand and style, too.

If you have a lot of side boob and/or a big gap between them, then try Curvy Kate, Flirtelle or Freya. If it's all at the front and/or your breasts see very close set then worth avoiding those brands.
