Sometimes I think I look huge other times ok!

I know I need to lose some weight but I find trying on clothes so confusing! I guess it all depends on the cut!

how big do you think I look?

Maybe a 14, assuming you're average height - so medium with curves and a defined waist.

Oh sorry, cross posted.

I don't think you look "huge" by any stretch. You're not thin either. You're (like me) delightfully medium. :)

I'd guess 16 but I guess how tall you are would make a difference.

16

A good, proportionate 14 Smile

A comfy 16

Sometimes get away with 14?

14 - 16 depending on shop, you have a great shape just could do with some toning

Well you don't look big, Wips. Im 5,4 and a 12 and my waist is, for the time being, lost to post baby cake consumption.

You're not huge but you're not at your fighting weight either.

I'm pretty slim front to back, definitely not an apple shape. I've slim wrists and forearms but leg of lamb upper arms!

I know I'm not at my "fighting weight" (Great way of putting it) but I'm just so tired all the time I can't really motivate myself to either diet or exercise properly.

Couch to 5K here I come (again)!!

'Leg of lamb upper arms' Grin

I actually think your upper arms don't look to bad in this picture. :/ Certainly you look proportionate.

It depends which fighting category you go for. Wink

If you look ok to me, and I'd worry more about being fit than the weight itself.

I think they look fine too

Yeah I'd have guessed at 16.

Her arms look OK in the picture but I'm guessing when they're hanging straight down they look bigger. I always do the trick of lifting them slightly to the side to make them look thinner too 😄

You could try 5:2, it takes very little effort and works well, then as you see results the motivation to tone up comes

Ramblesoften · 09/06/2016 10:35

You look a perfect size.
A fab shape !!!!!

You look "right" if that makes sense. I thought a 16 too but quite trim with it.

I tried the 5:2 but really couldn't see any difference but might try it again.

You look lovely (I realise this makes me a smug-o as I also said you look like me Grin). I am a smidfen overweight too (and am working on it) but only a few lbs now, nothing terrible. Good luck with c25k! I hope you enjoy it. I've recently started going to some classes at the gym again and feel so much better even if I look the same. You honestly don't need to change how you look though if that's what you're worried about. Smile

I think you'd benefit from exercise more than a diet. :)
