Summer shoes - advice please

I can't wear toms, converse, ballet style or flat sandals because I need a bit of a heel.
I dont like me toes out either!
Oh & I have wide feet.
What can I wear, what summer shoes do you wear?

Pikolinos
I have a pink pair and a pale blue pair, they are super comfortable, very airy, don't have toes out, fairly wide fit.
