face moisturiser for sensitive skin

Any suggestions for face moisturiser for sensitive skin preferably with spf. Simple products make my skin itch. I used to find the superdrug own brand really good but now it's irritating my face.

Simple do awful things to my face as well. I use olay sensitive and thats fine, but it has to be the sensitive one.

No SPF, but I've been using Aveeno on my face after I started reacting to my old moisturiser. I wear BB cream with an SPF on top.

I use Nivea naturals for sensitive skin, but it doesn't have spf.

Cetaphil is the ONLY thing to have eased my very sensitive skin.

I use either wheatgerm oil, almond oil or Dr Organic olive oil moisturiser (Holland and Barrett). Then sunscreen on top (Ultrasun Face).

I'd second Cetaphil, although no SPF. Using Cetaphil cleanser too as I've adult acne. You can get it in Boots and it's a biggish pump dispenser for under a tenner.

I use aveeno lotion. The cream is too thick as a makeup base. No spf but my foundation has it in.

No SPF Hutu use double base. You get it over the counter at pharmacies
