Where to buy clothes that last?

I'm not all that fond of clothes shopping and would love to know where to buy clothes that last. I have a coat from Austin Reed that is a classic and over 10 years old, but there must be other places to find clothes that are durable.

I have had a number of Jigsaw clothes for a long time, same with Hobbs. I've found Cos well made. However I've found bits and pieces from other shops such as Uniqlo and even H&M in natural fabrics that have lasted a long time, if I've washed carefully.
