cream trousers and pocket lining help!

I have a beautiful pair of cream trousers. Very classy, lovely shape but the pockets can be seen. Apart from stitching up the pockets, is there a remedy? They have pockets on the rear which is great for coverage but the pockets at the front show and look annoyingly distracting. Do i just take them to someone and get them to cut them out? I have sallow skin so it probably makes the contrast worse!

Any ideas Confused

I usually just cut them, leaving enough of a margin to stitch the remaining fabric down- so pocket effectively just ends in a seam. It is a quick job and I usually end up removing pockets from most summer - weight trousers as hate the pockets showing!

Thank you :) Will most likely just cut them then.
