Ok, wedding season. Found this outfit on Pintrest and I love the whole look. It's American but the general look can't be hard to recreate can it? Blue floral dress, long white blazer, blue sandals?

I'm a 16 so don't go for small cuts. And I love the v neck, so many are high necks. Budget relatively flexible as will be worn again.

Blazer but I don't think an oversized blazer will work, even on the Pinterest link it is just an idea and not seen on a real model.
