Vest Tops with Support - Small Sizes

Dd is after some strappy fitted vest tops to wear as a summer layer, ideally with support "shelf" like dance leotards. Trouble is she is tiny, 28" bust, so we're struggling a bit. Any ideas please.

Not in tiny sizes though, smallest with support is an 8. Think we're looking for a 4/6.

Uniqlo have vest tops with bra support (about £14)
XS is a 4-6
