Help! Can't shift psoriasis on hands & feet!

I have been suffering from psoriasis on the palms of my hands and the tops of my feet for several years now.

I have tried various prescribed steroid creams which help for a bit but never long term. I am using various emollient creams to relieve the dryness but their effectiveness seem to also lessen over time.

I appreciate there is no miracle cure, but does anyone have any recommendations of what worked for them? Tia

Ok, over many years I have tried almost every psoriasis treatment the GP could think of. Following a really bad outbreak on my face and neck I sat in the nurses room crying to my utter shame and she suggested a product called 'bettamouse'. IT WORKED. I now use it sparingly twice a week and although my skins pigmentation is still reddish in areas the psoriasis has pretty much gone!

I use the Johnson's baby wash for hand and face washing and as a shower gel.
Happy hair shampoo and conditioner at Sainsbury's is SLS free, I like the macadamia one. Moogoo Shampoo is a bit better, but £££ (£10 each, I think).
