Smart raincoat with hood

Is it possible? I want something light for the summer, that will make me look put together. I'm on mat leave so doesn't have to be work smart. Any ideas?

I have one from Joules, blue with white spots. I've had lots of compliments on it. Although, I hate the pockets as they are slanted and only have a popper not a zip so things can slip out and also I would prefer the hood to be bigger but I still love it as its lightweight so perfect for when it's raining but not cold.
