I've got one very similar that from great plains from 3 years ago. Mine is an opposite colourway, white stripes on a blue background, but they also did one at the time that looks a lot like hers. There are some details on my dress that I can't quite see in the video, so I'm not 100% sure. So with any luck someone might come along to id it for something more recent.

It is her, yes, but not her Simply Be collection. I've checked Asos Curve where she seems to get most of her clothes from, but no luck. I need to feed my stripes habit!

Not identical, but this is v. similar. There's another wide striped sleeveless shirt dress on there that looks quite nice too.
