Oasis Sizing

Want to order a dress today, how forgiving is the sizing ? 14 should fit bust/hips but potentially tight on waist if their guide is anything to go by, although this particular dress is not fitted directly on waist anyway.

I find it wildly unforgiving - I'm a 16 and nothing even looks at me in there

Rinceoir · 30/05/2016 13:59

I think it's shape dependent- I'm a 12-14 hourglass at the moment and find I fit into a 12/M in their tops, 14 in shirts (32F bust), 14 in trousers/jeans and dresses could be either depending on the style. My sister is more straight up and down with broad shoulders and says things are tight across her shoulders in her usual size there.

I think it comes up very big - I am a 10 top and 12 bottom, but am usually a 10 or S in Oasis.

I find the opposite to Judy, or did - I haven't shopped there in a while. I used to be a 10/12 but always seemed to need a 14 in Oasis.

I've gone for 16 and will see how it fits.

I'm very hourglassy and find it true to size

shadesofwinter · 31/05/2016 08:42

I'm a curvyish 10 and I find it true to size too.

Overall a good fit although a little loose round the bust.14 would have been too tight I think.
