Am I too old for silver hair?

I'm 34 and considering dying my hair silver (not everyone's cup of tea I know but it's a look i like). I'm naturally pale skinned and dark haired with dark eyebrows and lashes. I wonder if dyed silver hair is the preserve of the teenager. Am I too close in age to having naturally grey hair that it'll age me?

I think it depends how you wear it to be honest.

I know a mum who is quirky and very fashionable and it looks amazing on her. If she favoured fleeces and mum boots it would obviously then look dodgy.

I think you can carry it off if you have a super fashionable look. I know a few people in their 30's who have done it. One looks great because it suits her style. The other one I actually thought was naturally grey at first until she mentioned it was dyed.

I'm 29 and I couldn't carry it off. I'm far too scruffy.

I'm 35 and have a grey/silver/lilac fringe & side streak... I think the style of your hair plays a big part in it working or not... It is a lot of upkeep though - bleaching & toning can get expensive and time consuming.

I love the rose-gold!
