Please find me a gorgeous dress

I have some lovely outings this Summer (wedding, Henley regatta, anniversary dinner at posh hotel) so have been looking for a dress that will take me to all 3.

I am 5'6, size 10 and 38. Blonde and fair skinned. Body is in proportion but no fabulous features.

I always end up drawn to dull shift dresses that I could also wear to work but I really would love something I feel amazing in! Please inspire me ladies! Budget about £200 but could some more if I really loved it.

I've no idea if this would fit your bill or not. It's £169, although I got 20% off recently. I'm getting married in it next week.

That is very pretty, although I find too much light coloured clothing scary as I'm a spiller! - where is it from? And congrats on the wedding!

What colours are you thinking?

(It's Jacques Vert - hence not linking. I wouldn't have even looked there and had found a dusky pink Coast one I liked, but we were looking in a department store and DP saw it and pointed it out. I love it.)

I love this Ted Baker dress...its not for me but would look fab on someone with the right figure.

I like a lot of the secret trellis stuff on there and I also love the style of that dress and they have other designs in the same style

member its a very tempting site. Just ordered 3 dresses - although 2 of them will need to go back...probably.
The right side of vintage with out feeling like it's fancy dress.

And fab customer service.

Wow thanks, lots to look at. I had forgotten about Ted Baker and they are lovely. Great to see some brands new to me too. Will have a good look.
