Another request for help - colour blind

Hi, I'm colour blind and a bit worried I will put massively clashing colours together. S&B has been a big help in the past. This time I have a jumper which is blue - the label says powder blue, DH says it is the sort of blue used for Wedgwood pottery. He says it doesn't go with blue jeans, would be fine with black and beyond that, ask Mumsnet. So, could I wear that sort of blue with khaki green? Or plum? I have trousers in both. (DH says the plum combination makes me look like I play centre half for West Ham). What else might it go with? Your advice is helpful!

No, not with either green ot plum. It should look fine with jeans (everything does). I'd expect it would look best against white.

If your blue jeans are a similar depth blue to the jumper then your DH is right. It would go with a very pale wash blue though, or very very dark blue. Or black or grey or white...

Thank you both - I tend to assume jeans go with everything, so it did throw me a bit when DH said it doesn't work. But I like the idea of sort of indigo colour jeans, that would work wouldn't it? Can't see me wearing white trousers, but grey could be OK. No other colours then? I always do jeans for casual, black or grey for work (or dresses, which I don't have to match up).

Grey would be nice. I have grey jeans that I wear with a powder blue top
