Cardigans ..... any nice ones out there?

I really need a few new cardigans for the summer, any suggestions?
Have had a look on ASOS and New Look, Miss Selfridge but nothing.
I was after something slightly smarter looking whilst still summery if that's possible!
I am quite petite so can't have anything too long or it seems to swamp me.
Come on style and beauty gurus .... Rescue me from a summer in my drab cardis!

I've just ordered a couple from LindyBop. I'm not really in to the retro style at the minute but I like their cardigans. Also can't beat £7 in the sale!

H&M have some lovely cotton cardigans. I've bought four so far this year as they're so lovely.

I was searching high and low for nicely fitted cardis that actually go in at the waist, and found them in Primark! £6 a throw.

Uniqlo merino.

TalcAndTurnips · 25/05/2016 20:46

Woolovers cashmere and merino; never goes out of shape and is made of the softest top quality wool that does not shed or pill.

There are a billion colours to choose from (give or take one or two) - great fifties styling too.

I've got a couple from warehouse recently, they are quite big, I'm only little too but they're great for slinging on when you're popping out with the kids (which is all I ever do Confused) I'll find links...xxx

You're probably looking for something super great and I've offered that... I'm sorry!! I generally kill a conversation with my comments so I'm really sorry if I've ruined this for you xxx

SnuffleGruntSnorter · 25/05/2016 23:05

So I'd ONLY get it with a discount code but I have a cashmere boden grey one with a tiny hint of sparkle and it's just perfect. If you need a discount code let me know and I've probably got one.

CeeBeeBee · 25/05/2016 23:19

Uniqlo's cotton cardigans are on offer at the moment. There was a good selection of colours the last time I looked.

FatFace is my go to for cardigans. Love them. I have some lovely plain and patterend ones from there. I usually wait for the sale and also get them cheap on ebay.

Woolovers cotton and silk cropped cardigans. I'm under 5 foot and these are the only cardigans that sit properly on my natural waist.

orchard I keep looking at that one online and contemplating it but daren't buy yet another cardigan. For what it's worth, I think you have great taste!

parmalilac · 28/05/2016 08:21

I like Land End supima cotton ones, lovely for summer and come in lots of colours and some prints. They also do regular, tall or petite fittings.

baileysyumm · 28/05/2016 08:57

Oasis do lots of summery coloured cardigans.
