eyelash curlers

I'm looking for some eyelash curlers that actually work! I bought some no 7 ones that are rubbish! I've only ever used high street ones before and they've been fine but can't seem to find any that work at the moment. Any recommendations?

Shu Uemura (£20) are supposed to be the HG of curlers.
I have them on my Wish List Grin

At the moment, I have a geratric pair of BodyShop ones that I keep going back to.

Newer Bodyshop with spring-nope
Mr Mascara-snapped
Revitalash-useless
Boots-no

The BodyShop ones need replaced so I'm going to buy the S.U. ones and decide

Second the shu uemura although I've never had a set myself. I ended up buying the tweezermen curlers from benefit, the best I've had so far

I've been using my boots ones for 30 years Shock I've just realised since I was a teenager. I haven't changed the rubber bit for years Shock but they still work.
However once they've had it, I will probably go for the Shu Uemera ones, in fact I really should treat myself but there doesn't seem to be any point as I've never had any issues so far.
I am wondering though if I will suddenly have amazing lashes if I do get a new pair Hmm

Actually they might in fact be from the body shop come to think of it.

I've got the SU ones and have to say I'm not entirely convinced they were more amazing than my old ones which were probably Boots or Body Shop..

The thing that makes a huge difference imo is warming them a tiny bit with my hairdryer. Metal ones only and obvs need to be v careful!

Really find this makes it last all day.

Best I've found are Laura Mercier gentle curlers.

Primark for a quid, I've tried all the expensive ones and these are the best!!

I have really rubbishy eyelashes (and the bottom ones are longer than the top ones which doesn;t help, so I only use mascara on the top lashes)

I will try the warming tip, every little helps.

They only look decent if I curl them at the root/middle/ends then use primer and one layer of They're Real.
