Currently wearing Marks and Spencer soft full cup embroidered bra in a 38j. I make some adjustments and it is a great fit for me.
I have intercostal nerve damage and wearing a bra compresses this nerve and results in horrible pain. It is significant for me that I have been able to wear this design. I cannot tolerate underwire.
The design suits me because it is deep under the arm and has a wide band - 4 hooks so spreading the compression.
HOWEVER, after a few wears the bra softens so losing the overall support and I then get the pain.
Can anyone recommend a similar bra with this spec? Thanks.
