I know this will sound very dense but I just need to check something re retinol
I had the Paula's Choice 1% Retinol and it was fine but quite expensive.
I seem to remember from the Amazing faces threads that higher % were available online but also that the US products had different ways of categorising the strength of the retinol, or something like that. Is that right or am I delusional?
I was looking at this one which is 2.5%.

I don't want one weaker than the PC one, the same or stronger would be good.
