I was driving yesterday and while sitting at traffic lights saw someone wearing a skirt I absolutely loved! Obviously couldn't yell out the window at her to see where she got it so was hoping someone might have an idea of same/similar skirts?
Was dark green, around knee length and was sort of gathered at intervals so it was a bit up and down. There was a bit of braiding or something on the up and down bit so it was sort of highlighted (if that makes sense).
The up and down bit was sort of like this but more exaggerated - looked to me like hippy style skirt 
Any ideas where I might get something similar?
