Long-length ruched top

I saw someone wearing one this morning over skinnies, with a jumper/cardi on top and it looked quite nice, almost like a very short skirt, with the hem of the top hitting a couple of inches down the thighs. Has anyone seen similar please?

Baukjen have a few, here and here for instance, lots of others too. Good quality, but I'd wait for a code/sales as they do do good discounts, and full price it is quite expensive for a top.

Not ruched but I have been wearing Primark vest dresses for a similar effect and they are £3, might do in the meantime?
