Difference between Avarca and Palmaira sandals??

Anyone know?

They look the same to me and I quite fancy a pair.

I think it originally referred to the basic design but the shoes are made by any number of manufacturers. I've bought some from Varca in the past and others in TKMaxx. They are comfortable unless you are walking distances on cobblestones or shingle beaches, for which the soles aren't quite thick enough.
