Which top to go with this midi skirt?

I am going to a wedding in London next week and want to buy this skirt. It's from h&m. All the pictures I see of these skirts are styled with crop tops or tight tucked in tops. I want something with sleeves but can't seem to find anything, can you help. I was thinking either white or matching ( with the skirt) blue top and I've seen some fab orange heels in Debenhams. Thanks

For a wedding it would be great with a high neck sheer cream blouse with slightly puff long sleeves and a pussy now will try and find one online I know I've seen this look somewhere!

I think orange shoes would not be very smart. Neutral might be more sensible. I think orange is a difficult colour so white is the only option. It is difficult to find white without it being like an office blouse. Therefore try and find something that is a shaped t shirt style but in a decent fabric. What will you do for a jacket? White and navy or white and blue are soooo much easier!
