Totally struggling & wld appreciate suggestions.
I'm 5'4, very large boobs & a size 20.
What the hell do I wear, dresses with no sleeves look horrendous, high necks awful, need lower cut neckline maybe?
Was thinking maybe Rockabilly style dress, I'm very unfashionable so no idea if that style is ok.
Please help.

Have you looked at Asos Curve? They have loads of lovely stuff. This dress is lovely and with some great undies would look fab.

misspym · 17/05/2016 16:49

I'm 5'2 and size 18. I agree that lower necklines are flattering. What is your budget?
What colours suit you/do you like?
Long or short? High heels, wedges or flats?

PoppieD · 17/05/2016 16:59

Also would say Asos or my friend who is similar proportions to you got lovely dress from chi chi curve for a recent fancy do we went to.

How about something like this chi chi dress

Navy is lovely and there are lots of colours towork with for accessories.

It would be very pretty with a little cardigan.

MiddleClassProblem · 17/05/2016 17:10

What's your budget?

FannyFifer · 17/05/2016 19:12

Never heard of chi chi curve, some nice stuff there.
I can only wear a wedge shoe, can't walk in heels due to dodgy knees.
Totally painting a braw picture of myself aren't I Blush

Try pepperberry.

FannyFifer · 17/05/2016 19:51

I like these two but how would I hide my arms?

PoppieD · 17/05/2016 20:46

A shrug or a pashmina tied behind? Is the fifer in your name related to location? If there'll be ceildhing nothing better than a swishy skirt for the dancing! :)

Really like Scarlett & Jo site. LOVE how they have various sized women wearing the clothes & can see them from all angles. Brilliant.
What about this one?

If you want 50's with actual sleeves, how about this or this or maybe this?

MrsLettuce · 17/05/2016 22:57

this (ignore the bottom one) is a fantastic dress, very flattering indeed. Great length sleeves too.
Always need to check the size charts there mind, their sizing can be a little unusual. They are true to their own sizing though.

FannyFifer · 17/05/2016 23:29

That last website has some fab stuff.
I've actually discovered I really like that style/era of dress.
Think I've found a winner. :)
