I was a bit disappointed last time I got my highlights done. My hair can and has gone plantium blonde before, bleached to buggery though but shiny and nice. I had a full head and this time it seems quite brassy, not entirely sure the opal ex did anything at all but I just read if you use it, it needs more developing time. Would that have been the problem ?
