Smart tops for work

I'm in the running for a new job and am totally tempting fate as an excuse to buy clothes.

I live in a hot part of the world (USA) so don't tend to wear jackets although would need formal workwear. I have a lot of blue and black cigarette pants and masses of heels, statement necklaces etc so need tops. My favorite ones are kind of crepe shell tops with elbow length or short sleeves, straight hem and have a zip up the back (couple of seasons ago from anthropologie). Can anyone point me in the direction of something similar (or even something different and suitable?)

I'm size 16, prefer elbow length / short sleeves, smart (no stretchy jersey t shirts please), straight hem (don't want to tuck anything in).... Everything seems to be boho, broderie or lace at the moment and not suitable for client meetings.

Reiss are worth a look. Not cheap but matches your brief.

Reiss has some good options but doesn't go up to 16.....

Oasis have loads.

Sorry, didn't think to check. I swear by Oasis and also recommend the John Lewis website which has a huge range of brands and also a brilliant set of filters so is a very quick way to look at a lot of things matching your brief in a hurry.

Thanks you, found a load on John Lewis that are brilliant.
