Facial/ mask at home remedy

I have always had good skin, but lately (since reaching 40), I have spots, blotches on forehead and checks and skin feels a little dry, then nose and chin are very greasy and, red looking. I feel like I need a facial but am on a tight budget. Are there any home made or reasonably cheap alternatives that I can do at home ?

Oatmeal, yoghurt and honey face mask is cheap, easy to whizz up and nourishing / soothing. Lots of recipes via Google.

Honey and aspirin. Works wonders.

I second the aspirin mask, I don't use honey.
I use it once a week while having a bath, it scan be a but messy.
I add a few drips if water to 4 dispersible aspirin in the palm of my hand, wait nail it becomes paste like and the apply to damp clean face. I usually leave it on for 5-10 mins and rinse off.
It's made a huge difference to my skin, I've been doing it for about two years now and my skin as never looked clearer. V cheap too which is always an added bonus.m
