Dry lips

Well it's more like dry lip actually. My top lip seems to be permanently dry and feels rough. I use Vaseline lip balm all day but as soon as it wears off my lip gets dry again. Is there anything else I can try?

Do you wear lipstick? Certain brands make my lips peel like a mo'fo.

Nuxe is the best lip balm. A jar lasts for approximately a century too.
