Dress for a black tie event - recommendations

Any recommendations please for a dress for a black tie event in late June? I'm 5ft 6in, size 12 small/average bust. I fancy something one-shouldered or toga like and am relatively ambivalent about the colour. Don't want to spend masses (c. £150) but want to look elegant. Have had a cursory look online but not really been inspired. Any recommendations gratefully received.

just assuming you want long. Cocktail length is obviously fine for black tie, was the toga thing I think.
