HELP - Wedding outfit for August Wedding

I need some inspiration as Im so stuck on what to go for, would like a colourful dress perhaps Im olive skinned and dark brown hair so something colourful would be nice (v neck perhaps as Im quite busty ) any ideas where to shop, look?
