Dress for a wedding reception?

I need a new dress, and some help to find one . What do you think of these 2?

Feel free to suggest others. I don't like halternecks as strapless bras annoy me. These are a bit more than I wanted to spend so cheaper would be good, definitely not more expensive.

I'm 34 and a size 10 if that helps.

I like the second one but I'm really not keen on the first. I don't know if the second one is a little too casual for a wedding though?
What about this one if you like the skater dress style?

The first one seems very young to me. I have a 16 year old niece and this is the sort of thing she would wear.
