Help for a Size 16 Apple please

I have a evening wedding to go to in two weeks ( a work colleague of dp) I have never met these people and I'm having a psoriasis outbreak at the moment on the top of my arms, which normally would not bother me but due to this wedding,is really knocking my confidence. Has anyone seen anything or has any suggestions of something to wear please? I am open to all ideas
