Daft heat protection spray question....

Lenazabaglione · 06/05/2016 11:18

I'm late to the protection spray party so would be grateful for any advice.

If I spray my hair with the heat protect before blow drying, do I have to spray it again before using my curling tong?

My hair is fine (also long and coloured) and spraying it twice just flattens any volume I have spent ages creating and makes my hair limp.

Would the first spray be enough to protect through tonging as well?

I only tong my hair about twice a month and use heavy duty conditioning masks most washes, if that helps.--

Told you it was daft!

TIA

I use it after blow drying and before straightening. Would use it before blow drying too, but leaves my hair quite greasy.

If you're only using curling tongues once a fortnight, I would just use the spray before blow drying.

Ah, thanks notthe, that's what I was wondering.
