I ordered a few things online from oasis and everything name apart from one top which has come today but is the wrong colour and size. My local oasis is just a concession in debenhams and doesnt stock a lot of the online things.
Anyway I know I need to send the wrong one back but I just want a straight swap for the right one it's exactly the same top just wrong colour/size without the faff of refunds and then reordering! Is this possible?
