DS, very trendy age 21 wears them. Does that help?

MyLocal · 04/05/2016 06:15

The link goes to a failed ASOS page at my end.

fredabear · 04/05/2016 06:27

Sorry try this
I guess I know they're in, just not sure they're me, which no one here can help with!

Those are lovely , I have the Clarks Hamble Oak ones which I wear to the office. Brogues are stylish and comfy Smile

Floisme · 04/05/2016 06:57

Love them.

naichick · 04/05/2016 06:58

Yes, they're lovely!

FiaMarrow · 04/05/2016 06:59

I need these. They are gorgeous.

FiaMarrow · 04/05/2016 07:01

Do you wear socks with them? The sensible old woman in me is expecting them to rub the ankle...

CreviceImp · 04/05/2016 07:18

I have a Hudson pair and they never really look quite right on me. They look too clunky with skinny jeans/rolled up relaxed skinnies to my eye. I think they have probably had their moment so unless you love them or can work that 40's vibe I wouldn't bother.

MyLocal · 04/05/2016 07:27

I like them too, I am very much a flat shoe girl.

Floisme · 04/05/2016 08:25

I think they're fairly classic. I've worn them for years, during which they've had a few fashion moments. But in between I don't think they look dated - they just go off the radar for a while and are harder to find in the shops. So if you like them, I wouldn't let that worry you.

Fia I normally wear them with those trainer liner things - bit of a pain as they slip but better than rubbing or stinkiness!

Winterbiscuit · 04/05/2016 09:21

Tan isn't my favourite colour but I love brogues!

amarmai · 04/05/2016 09:50

beautiful brogues! I had the same at high school and still think about them.

Chewbecca · 04/05/2016 10:00

Very nice but like Fia, I can't get over the no sock thing and the trainer liners, as said above just don't sit still and do the job.

FairyBiker · 04/05/2016 10:03

Have just ordered a pair of these from the clarks outlet site. A good alternative to tan?

fredabear · 04/05/2016 22:42

Thanks for comments. Been working all day and talked myself out of them, now you've all made me think again!
