Confused about cup sizes!

I currently wear a 32FF but after having a bit of a measure realise that my band size should probably be a 30. What is the equivalent cup size of a 32FF? Is it a 30F or a 30G? Or something else?? Thanks.

I think it's a 30 G, I'm a 32 E or a 30 F.

I can vary from a 30 G to a 32 DD depending on the brand and style. Best thing to do is have a trying on session but maybe start with a 30 G as a starting point.
