I have already tried his thread in chat, one poster responded and The starting size was a 38GG.

Is a 38GG bigger than a G?

I've ordered a 38G and a 36G today to try on, the 36 fits amazing round the back and okay on the cup, it's definitely a bit on the big side though. Do I just now go for the cup size down? Or if I go for an F should I go 38F ? I'm so confused...

Yes 38GG is bigger than 38G as the cup sizes run as A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, etc

If the 36 fits well around your back then I would stick with that as your back size and then work on what your cup size should be

So 36G is too big in the cup? Did you scoop all tissue into the cup from the side? If so then I would try a cup size down which would be a 36FF

Yeah I did, I'm sure I did. There was a bit of spare cup underneath aswell

im 34.5 inches under bust and 36 when doing the 90 degree thing.

am i correct in thinking of ordering 34b or 36 a bras?
