Just that really, I've got my eye on a few things but the reviews on trust pilot are not encouraging. Does anyone have any experiences to share please?

I ordered from them recently and they were fine. My order came when I expected and was as described.

Thank you!

I've ordered with them for years and never had issues, once was sent something in the wrong size and it was fixed with no hassle. They've recently merged with the net-a-porter group, together they're one of the largest luxury e-tailers. Though I would caution in recent years things aren't as cheap as they used to be and sometimes sell things initially (in order to discount at high rates later on) at far greater cost than they ever were sold in stores for.

I used them a lot for many years when I lived in Italy, they sell past season high-end items at chain store prices. No problems ever except that once a pair of shoes looked dirty, they were refunded quickly. They have taken over The Outnet too and Shoescribe is also a part of their conglomerate.

Yep, two orders this year, no problems. You can go through Topcashback too if you use it.

This is super helpful, thanks all. I didn't know they'd become part of the nap group, interesting!

Well yoox bought them out, the founder/CEO of n-a-p sort of got forced out/left after but it was presented as a merger, it was said that n-a-p got sold for less than it was worth. I haven't seen any major changes since they merger with n-a-p aside from the occasional quiet sale in my inbox (strangely a tax free discount) but I'm actually quite happy that n-a-p is offering some discount and free shipping now and then. They also own thecorner that sells more niche high end brands. There's always a bunch of codes flying around so if the item you want is not the last one in stock it's sometimes worth waiting out an offer. It was 30% off everything not too long ago, Black Friday Deals are great on their non outlet sites like thecorner and shoescribe, I think it was 40% off everything and that included a lot of items that never make it to sale or never go on sale.

yes have ordered bags and shoes, all with no problems at all

dragonsarebest · 30/04/2016 20:39

Thank you botemp, I'll keep an eye out for a code! :)

I have been a loyal customer of YOOX almost 20 years now. The past 10 years I’ve been purchasing between £5-10K annually of designer items. But the past three years at least three items that’s been sent to me were 100% fake. I’ve only returned them without fuss. But the last time which happened last week. I no longer kept my silence. It was a pair of Valentino shades for £265 which I had long wanted. They were fake. I took it up with YOOX. But they refused that they sent a fake item. They had even my review removed from Trustpilot, arguing I was defaming them. Trustpilot didn’t ask for pictures or evidence from my part and removed my post. For starters- why would I want to defame a company I’ve been loyal to the past 20 years. Not only that, but purchased for a huge amount of money annually. What do I gain? I still purchased year after year. But stopped when I found a fake item was sent to me for the price of an authentic piece of designers. Either they are doing it with purpose and mixing fakes among genuine items to make profit. Or an employee in their warehouse are swapping the things with fakes and sending to the customer.. who has always believed they won’t be scammed!

YOOX not to be trusted with selling genuine designers. Sells fake.

NimbleRedPoster · 03/10/2024 06:21

Literally not even a star worths for YOOX. I received a bag that was damaged and on the site it said that it was a brand new bag. I talked to them about it and they told me they will send a refund of 50€ compared to the bag I bought 50€ it is nothing. Anyways I accepted the 50€ and I send my bank account info! They NEVER SEND ME THE REFUND NEVER!

I would definitely not suggest buying from them because it’s a scam and I heard stories from others too.
