Tell me about small breast implants.

I've never had any issues with my boobs, in fact they used to be slightly too big, but they were always round and I liked them. Since having a baby they are awful. They're saggy, empty and look like flat balloons. I've also lost weight and they're no longer big, just small/medium. My biggest issue is I can't stand the feel of my boob touching the skin below it. It really bothers me.

I don't particularly want an increase in size, I'm quite happy having smaller boobs, though one cup size increase wouldn't be bad. The shape however needs sorting.

Have any of you had breast implants that aren't particularly big? What was your experience? Tell me about it. I'm not looking for a fake look or to look like I've had my boobs done, I just want to look like I have nice boobs and not hate the way they feel.

You might be better off having a lift with a small implant to restore volume.

You'd have to put in a large size to get any sort of lift effect with just implants, the weight of them would only cause more sagging in the future.

Hope that makes sense.

Thanks, I did wonder if I'd have to get a lift rather than just an implant. I'm nervous that if I get it done soon, it'll get ruined if I have more children.

But I don't want to live with it as it is either.

I'm no expert but I'd hang fire until after kids, you don't want to go through all that and have the result compromised. I believe breast feeding could also be an issue after a lift so lots to bear in mind.

How about going on a few consultations and see what they say?

TheCatsMeow · 29/04/2016 13:08

I'm thinking of doing that, and seeing what they advise. I wondered if anyone here had had it done and whether they were happy with it.

A good bra usually sorts things out

See a plastic surgeon and discuss- they are the experts.

I looked into as also need a lift after 11 months breastfeeding

You need to wait u till you have all your kids or it will be ruined also you can't always breastfeed after a lift due to moving the nipples

TheCatsMeow · 29/04/2016 13:56

Salene thanks. Have you decided to go for it if you don't mind me asking? If so would you update when you have it done?

Have a look at the real self website.

I breast fed after a lift and implants but you are right they do need doing again after that and 10 years. I actually think I'll go for the same sized implant again so a D cup but just back up where they are meant to be

Salene · 29/04/2016 15:14

Hi no I need to wait I'm currently 6 months pregnant

So won't be for a while for me as we might have another one and if so I'm pretty sure I will be left with spaniel ears 🙈

The breastfeeding thing I was told was a 50/50 chance some women can others can't but no way of knowing which you will be.

My OBGYN had a boob job after having three children. She had lost a lot of volume. Hers look normal and natural, not porn star like Wink
