Is double wear mascara any good?

My no7 mascara has suddenly started smudging under my eyes. With 3 dds I really don't need the bags under my eyes to be darker than they are already. I have watery eyes. Is the double wear one really any good?

I get a lot of smudging with the DW mascara. Best for non smudge for me is the cheap pink and green tube Superlash.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Zero Smudge Lengthening Mascara, Estee Lauder Double Wear Zero Smudge Curling Mascara a d Estee Lauder Double Wear Volume and lift are all tubing mascaras which means that they won't smudge at all. I've tried all three and they just don't shift at all! My favourite is the volume and lift one.

I got the lengthening one. Fingers crossed for tomorrow I don't end up looking like a panda

The volume and lift one is the best I've ever found. I had panda eyes all the time but not now.
